Applied AI capability development for teams and institutions.
Keystone is the education arm of SarvX Group. An applied program that transfers implementation capability to operators, leaders, and teams who need applied AI capability inside their work. The outcome is a working system in your operation, not a certificate. AI is rewriting the operating layer of every serious business, and the teams that build that capability internally compound.

01Application
Program structure, cadence, and tuition are scoped during the application conversation.
02Curriculum
Twelve weeks from AI literacy to shipped system.
The Keystone curriculum is organized around a single progression: by the end, you operate a working system inside your own business. Weeks 1 to 4 are foundation. Weeks 5 to 8 are architecture. Weeks 9 to 12 are ship and iterate.
- Weeks 1 to 2: AI operating principles and stack selection
- Weeks 3 to 4: CRM, data, and workflow fundamentals
- Weeks 5 to 6: Designing your first automation map
- Weeks 7 to 8: Build sprint one, shipped to staging
- Weeks 9 to 10: Build sprint two, shipped to production
- Weeks 11 to 12: Measurement, handover, and scale plan
03Why this works
Education that produces operators, not spectators.
Most AI programs sell hours of video. Keystone sells a shipped system. The difference is structural: every module requires a working artifact submitted against your own business, not a hypothetical case study. You do not complete the program without something live.
- No passive lectures. Every module is applied.
- Cohort-based, capacity-controlled. No anonymous classroom.
- Every participant ships at least one production system.
- Mentors are practitioners from SarvX Group, not content creators.
- Program completion includes a transition path to Group consulting, not a certificate PDF.
04What participants get
Workbooks, blueprints, and a working system in your own business.
Blueprint 02
Automation Map Template
A reusable architecture diagram covering CRM, data, and workflow integration. Used in week 5 to design your first automation.
Capstone 03
A Working System
By week 12, you have a production system live in your own business. Not a certificate. The system stays with you.
Apply to the next cohort.
Cohorts open quarterly. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If you are unsure which tier fits, start the conversation and we will recommend based on your business, not on margin.
